ValueCheck ARV (After Repairs Value): 

Many of the properties you will see us market will be marketed at a ValueCheck ARV (After Repairs Value).  This is a unique product and we are aware of no other Houston wholesaler offering it. The appraiser who will complete your hard money appraisal will provide this Valuecheck ARV defining his projected value based on the repairs budget we provided in the email advertisement. To be clear, if you complete the repairs we suggest, the appraiser is certifying the value provided. This mitigates one of most investor’s largest concerns.

Inspector Consultation Report: 

In many instances, we are also providing a third party, short form inspection report from a reputable inspector who sponsors one or more Real Estate Investment Clubs in Houston. This quick report will outline approximate age and functionality of all the major systems of the home, such as the roof, HVAC, foundation and more.  

With these new products, our customers feel more comfortable than ever to move quickly to secure these high quality, better defined investment opportunities.
